ARIT Administrators Discuss Appropriate Workload Management for Personnel
On Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (ARIT), Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, held an administrators’ meeting chaired by Mr. Methee Promsila, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, at the Central Library, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University.
The meeting focused on discussing appropriate workload management in relation to the volume of work and the number of personnel. The discussion considered the allocation of responsibilities according to each staff member’s roles, duties, responsibilities, and capabilities, with the aim of improving work efficiency, reducing duplication of tasks, and supporting the effective implementation of ARIT’s missions.
Appropriate workload management is an important factor in promoting a positive working environment and enabling personnel to perform their duties to their full potential. It also supports systematic collaboration and contributes to the effective achievement of the university’s goals and services for students and the university community.
