ARIT Participates in a Meeting on Preventive Measures and Risk Reduction for the Registration and Assessment System
On 8 October 2026 at 1:30 p.m., Assistant Professor Dr. Pongthong Palee, Deputy Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (ARIT), together with personnel from the Information Technology and Communications Section, participated in a meeting to discuss operational guidelines and preventive measures for reducing risks to the university’s registration and assessment system via Microsoft Teams.
The meeting was organized by the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration to discuss preventive, monitoring, and risk-reduction measures concerning the Registration and Assessment System (REG.RRU.AC.TH) following a cyberattack incident that may affect system services, academic operations, and registration-related services of the university.
ARIT participated in exchanging information and discussing approaches to information system security, risk monitoring, and preventive measures to strengthen system security, reliability, and continuity of information technology services across the university.
