ARIT, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University Organizes "5S ARIT" Activity to Elevate the Workplace Towards Sustainable Quality
On Thursday, June 18, 2026, 09:00 a.m. The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (ARIT), Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, organized the "5S ARIT" activity to continuously improve the working environment. The event was held under the core concept of "Collaboratively Creating a Pleasant Organization, Striving for Sustainable Quality."
The primary objective of this activity is to encourage personnel participation in organizing the workplace to ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and safety, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency. The initiative is driven by the fundamental 5S principles, which include:
Seiri (Sort) : Separating necessary items from unnecessary ones and discarding what is no longer needed to maximize workspace and organization.
Seiton (Set in Order) : Arranging items systematically into categories for convenient access, saving time, and facilitating easy retrieval.
Seiso (Shine) : Regularly cleaning workspaces, equipment, and office supplies to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Seiketsu (Standardize) : Consistently maintaining cleanliness and orderliness to establish a high standard of daily operation.
Shitsuke (Sustain) : Cultivating positive habits and strictly adhering to the 5S regulations continuously until they become deeply ingrained in the organizational culture.
The implementation of the 5S activity marks a significant step in cultivating awareness and instilling strong professional discipline among the staff. This initiative not only helps reduce redundant work processes but also fosters a positive working atmosphere within the organization. Ultimately, it reflects a strong professional image and drives the office toward becoming a provider of high-quality and sustainable services.
The event took place at the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, Bang Khla Campus.
