Workshop Project on Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI for Personnel of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology
June 23, 2026, from 09:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (ARIT) organized a workshop on "Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI" for its personnel at Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University.
The workshop focused on the topic of “Information & Knowledge Services,”
Specifically highlighting the creation and practical application of "Gems" for information service operations. The session detailed the usage and capabilities of Gems and demonstrated how to build custom Gems for routine tasks. Featured examples included:
A BookTok Book Recommendation Gem
A Bibliography and Research Guru Gem
An Internal and External Official Correspondence Drafting Gem
A Computer Hardware Specification Analysis Gem (aligned with the standards of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society)
These applications were powered by the AI platform, Gemini.
The training was instructed by a team of Computer Technical Officers and Engineers, namely Mr. Prasan Prongthura, Mr. Pinyo Saranat, Mr. Ekkathanat Wongsuwan, and Acting Sub Lieutenant Noppadol Wetwongsathip. The event took place at Computer Laboratory 900, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University.
